The ESO update 3.1.9 is now available for download. The Elder Scrolls Online 3.1.9 has updated the Privacy Policy based on legal requirements to reflect our new privacy compliance provider.
In addition, the patch has also fixed an issue where your game could crash on startup or while changing your graphics settings. The update size is approximately 105MB.
