Facebook employees will now use Microsoft Office 365

Facebook has signed a deal with Microsoft to roll out Office 365 services to its employees. Facebook employees will now able to use Office 365 email and calendar features. Rest of the Office 365 features like Skype, messaging and video conferencing will be disabled as it directly competes with Facebook’s own services. Currently, Facebook has 13000 employees.

According to The Wall Street Journal:

On Tuesday, Facebook will announce plans to use Microsoft’s Office 365, the web-based version of the software giant’s suite of workplace productivity programs. Facebook previously used the on-premises versions.
