Run Windows apps on Android and Chromebooks Soon

CodeWeavers is working on a project called CrossOver, which is based on the open source Wine project. This is available as paid software on Mac and Linux systems, allowing developers to run Windows applications without virtual machines or dual boot. An Android app support has allowed CrossOver on a Chromebook to run Windows apps.

Above video shows Intel-based Chromebook Acer R11 running Steam and the game Limbo(Windows Version) on CrossOver. CodeWeavers says CrossOver has full support for DX9, keyboards, mice, and sound.
