Microsoft Surface Book 2 and Surface AIO PC with 4K Display may come this fall. Windows Central is reporting that Microsoft is testing three display sizes 21-inch at full-HD, 24-inch at 4K, and 27-inch at 4K for Surface AIO PCs. It’s not clear if the PCs will make it to the market. Microsoft hinted in past that it’s planning a new Surface device this year.
According to new report Microsoft Surface Book 2 will remove hinge gap. Surface 2 will close flat like a traditional laptop when the Surface Book lid is closed. Existing Surface Books use a fulcrum hinge that lets the display detach from the keyboard base.
Microsoft is planning to introduce new Surface AIO PC, Surface Pro 5 and Surface Book 2 with Intel’s Kaby Lake processors. Microsoft is also releasing two major software updates code name Redstone 2 and Redstone 3 to Windows 10 next year.
