Windows 10 build 16215 ISO download is now available. Microsoft has released Fall Creators Update Insider Preview build 16215 for PC. The company also released build 15222.0 for mobile devices. The new feature rich big Insider Preview build brings new change and improvements to the OS.

The latest insider build brings new UI for Start and Action Center with Fluent Design System. Action Center has been redesigned to bring clearer information separation and hierarchy. The new build also includes big changes for My People, Cortana, Edge and more improved game settings. The new fast ring insider build also brings a long list of bug fixes and other improvements.

How to create 64Bit ISO with UUP files:

1. Unzip decrypt-multi-release.7z.
2. Download us-amd64_en.zip and amd64_main.zip files and extract them to decrypt-multi-release/UUPs/
3. Go back and click Convert-UUP file.
4. Enter your choice of edition number and press enter.
5. Now it will create ISO file.

How to create 32Bit ISO with UUP files:

1. Unzip decrypt-multi-release.7z.
2. Download x86_main.zip and x86_en-us.zip files
3. and extract them to decrypt-multi-release/UUPs/
4. Go back and click Convert-UUP file.
5. Enter your choice of edition number and press enter.
6. The command will create ISO file within 5mins.
