Astronomics update 0.83.1 is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Astronomics patch notes, the latest update added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Astronomics patch 0.83.1 will fix a few of these issues.

- VACUUM: Fixed not reacting to Power On/Off toggle
- VACUUM: Fixed issue with not resuming after Gravity Well effect
- ASTEROID MAP: Fixed issue with ground visibility on asteroids with large vertical span
- UI: Fixing transparency in Pause Menu
- MANUFACTURING BAY: Fixed bug letting players build blueprints they don’t own
- MANUFACTURING: Fixed sleep not progressing manufacturing by 60 minutes
- MANUFACTURING: Added modified loading screen informing of manufacturing while you sleep
- MANUFACTURING: Fixed issue where cancelled jobs did not return resources correctly
- STORAGE: Jettison now handles values above 5000
- UI: Fixed Descriptions for Freighter Storage Upgrades
- UI: Fixed Descriptions for Manufacturing Bay Upgrades
- UI: Fixed text alignment on Freighter Upgrades view
- MANUFACTURING: Fixed issue where cancelling a new building in manufacturing was incurring 20% salvage penalty
- CONTRACTS: Fixed issue where Cube Corp (non resource delivery) contracts were being marked as un-collected for players who had completed and collected them long ago
