Check out more details below.
Drive Beyond Horizons Patch Notes – August 30, 2026
General Fixes
- Fixed an issue where cars would spawn at world position 0,0,0 when loading the garage, causing them to appear outside the garage instead of in their parking spot.
- Fixed a rare bug where the drift sound could get stuck and loop indefinitely even after the drift had ended.
- The Loft Starter item now has proper collision detection, preventing it from clipping through the player or the environment.
- Fuel no longer drains automatically when opening the tank lid. Fuel is now only consumed when it should be.
- Fixed an issue where the 7 new cars could get stuck inside power poles after an impact instead of colliding normally.
- Fixed an issue causing the new vehicles to lose fuel abnormally quickly.
- Fixed and added missing rshop items for legacy cars, making all parts available for purchase again.
- The Loft dome light and universal dome light now use distinguishable models, making them easier to tell apart when purchasing or installing them.
- Fixed the Streamer Mode. It will now properly hide your friend’s name.
- The cows were removed from the game because they produced too much poop, which could cause a memory leak. We’ll get them back in a hotfix once we figure it out. How do we stop cows from pooping so much…
Vehicle Fixes
- Polished the Tomahawk’s lights for a cleaner and more accurate look.
- Fixed a bug where purchasing the Tomahawk’s right front headlight would deliver an empty package instead of the actual part.
- Fixed an issue where the Tomahawk’s left turn signal could disappear while driving.
- Added the missing rear side windows to the Escada, allowing the vehicle to be fully completed.
- Fixed an issue where interacting with the P-51’s speedometer could cause the vehicle to transform unexpectedly.
- Fixed an issue where vehicles could flip up when towing the Peak.
- Fixed an issue where the player’s arms and legs could become tangled while driving the Speedle.
Controller Support
- Reworked the Controller Settings UI to make it more user-friendly.
- Implemented a new deadzone system for control sticks.
Wheel Support
- Fixed many reported issues affecting users with different wheel and pedal hardware.
- Wheel bindings now support multiple devices at the same time, allowing you to use different brands for your wheel, pedals, shifter, and other peripherals.
- Introducing Shifter Support for manual driving.
