A new trailer of Injustice 2 released today, which also confirms the game’s next playable characters and more. The DC supervillain Darkseid is coming to the game. However, you will get Darkseid by preordering Injustice 2. It’s unclear right now whether he will be available to unlock by other means.
According to the Netherrealm’s history, Darkseid will eventually be attainable without preordering. Another Netherrealm game, Mortal Kombat X, offered Goro as a preorder bonus before making him available to everyone as DLC. Additionally, Injustice 2 will also include another villain, Brainiac, who appears to be the central antagonist in the story.
Some of the other playable characters include Harley Quinn, Superman, Supergirl, Deadshot, Batman, Aquaman, Atrocitus, Blue Beetle, Gorilla Grodd and Wonder Woman. Injustice 2 launches on May 16 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
