Conquest of Elysium 5 update 5.36 is now available to download on PC. According to the official Conquest of Elysium 5 patch notes, the latest update 5.36 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Previously, a major update 5.36 added new changes, fixes, and gameplay improvements.
Unfortunately, players are still experiencing several issues since the release. Today’s Conquest of Elysium 5 version 5.36 will fix a few of these issues.

General
- Spell casters will no longer cast curse on affliction immune enemies
- Displaced was much too effective, fixed
- Earthquake didn’t work properly
- Fix for wrong tree type when viewing Elysium from the sky
- Battle inconsistency fix when altering memorized spells
- Game could freeze due to never ending fights, fixed
- Smaller save files
- Improved joystick activation detection
- Stat and typo fixes
Modding
- Ensure that mods don’t have illegal filenames
- Error notice in mod menu for mods with bad filenames
- Enable mod icons for lobby
- Random map locations can now target leftmost column too
- Improved performance for mods with many sprites
