A new Desktop Mate update 1.3.0 released on PC. According to the official Desktop Mate patch notes, the latest update 1.3.0 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Desktop Mate patch 1.3.0 will fix a few of these issues.

New Features & Improvements
- Added an option to auto-start Desktop Mate when your PC boots up.
- Selecting an unpurchased character now automatically takes you to its store page.
- Alarm voice volume now properly references your “Voice Volume” setting.
- You can now interrupt alarms midway.
- Character motion transitions have been smoothed out for a more fluid feel.
Existing Character Updates
- Motions and expressions for existing characters have been refined, and their effects adjusted.
- Added new standing and sitting motions for characters.
Bug Fixes
- Characters no longer jump when an alarm sounds while they’re hidden at the edge of the screen.
- Fixed an issue where characters were unintentionally petted when the mouse was placed over their heads.
- Addressed a bug where Aieru-tan’s wrist would unnaturally twist upon her appearance.
- Resolved an issue where Aieru-tan would clip into the display during alarms when using vertically stacked monitors.
- Fixed clipping issues with Hatsune Miku’s tie, her hair penetrating her face, and her sleeves clipping during alarms.
- Corrected the behavior of SNOW MIKU’s hair.
- Fixed a bug where the arrow buttons on the menu UI scrollbar weren’t functional.
- Resolved a rare bug where the app would crash if character selection buttons were rapidly clicked.
- Fixed an issue where character size could fluctuate from the previously set size upon app launch.
- Addressed a bug where forcing the app to close during an alarm would cause abnormal character size on the next launch.
