Kaku Ancient Seal Update Patch Notes – August 7, 2024

Kaku Ancient Seal update is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Kaku Ancient Seal patch notes, the latest update added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.

Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Kaku Ancient Seal patch will fix a few of these issues.

Kaku Ancient Seal Patch Notes – August 7, 2024

Game experience adjustments:

1. Optimized the cursor movement slowdown and zoom functions in the menu interface when using the controller operation mode.
2. Added a mission to activate the stele feature after first entering the Ruins Realm.
3. Optimized Kaku’s appearance after transformation, changing Kaku’s clothes from white to gold.
4. Optimized some task prompts, describing the need for disguise with “Piggy Disguise.”
5. Optimized performance in certain scenes.

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue where Geiser on the “Floating Island” sometimes couldn’t swap BOSS equipment.
2. Fixed an issue where some Ponpon quest badges in the “Flame Mountains” could not be picked up.
3. Fixed an issue with the main quest NPC location in “Misty Swamp” during the quest “Find the Relic (III)”.
4. Fixed an issue where saving before resource initialization in “Misty Swamp” could reset mechanisms like the Crystal Tower and Ruins Key.
5. Fixed an issue where the main quest in the “Dragonbone Desert” was not triggered successfully.
6. Fixed an issue where some Ponpon Book quests might not activate.
7. Fixed an issue in the “Flame Mountains” where players would die infinitely in lava after deleting a save.
8. Fixed an issue where the “Kill the Ponpon Captain” achievement was not awarded after killing some Ponpon Captain.
9. Fixed an issue in the “Dragonbone Desert” where the temple’s stone walls would not move, causing a stuck state.
10. Fixed an issue in the “Howling Snowfield” where using the Ground Fissure Earthquake to kill a stag during the slow-motion process prevented the doe from reviving the stag.
11. Fixed an issue where players could get stuck in terrain in certain scenes.
12. Fixed an issue where some treasure chests would glitch after being opened.
