A new Nuclear Nightmare update 1.4.1 released on PC. According to the official Nuclear Nightmare patch notes, the latest update 1.4.1 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Nuclear Nightmare patch 1.4.1 will fix a few of these issues.

- sniper reload bug fixes
- reinforcements rework (Fixes issue where sometimes players cannot be revived even though they should, typically occurs when two players die at the same time, and reinforcements are now allowed to happen when someone is infected (not if they have turned))
- Performance optimizations for light maps and actor ticks (overall fps should be more stable)
- Items falling through buildings when unloading areas fix
- setting framerate to 0 fix
- Hud disappearing randomly fix
- perk corruption protocols put in place to stop it from occurring (please contact me if your file has been corrupted in the past)
- head missing on the back of snowmobiles when aiming with fps animations off fix
- Sell perks (if you would like to sell a perk simply click on the icon in the perk tree and it will refund the points and take that perk out of the pool)
- New voice chat microphone hud
- Friendly fire not working after respawn fix
- Playable enemy left spawned in after reinforcement
- Trip mines made random
- Pings proximity based(50 meters based)
- Global voice chat slider
- Voice chat sliders not working properly fixes
- Enemies attacking through walls fixes
- Crouching on back of snowmobiles fix
- Setting for disabling leeches
- Press with any mouse button to skip main menu intro
- Dying same time soft lock fix
- spectator can’t control settings
- F or G while scoping in bug fix
- infarred not resetting in spectator fix
- Some items not dropping fix
- Not being able to spectate reinforced players
- Pickaxe fixes for attacking a player after death
- Hit escape on tutorial pop up
