PANICORE update 1.0.10 is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official PANICORE patch notes, the latest update 1.0.10 added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s PANICORE patch 1.0.10 will fix a few of these issues.

PANICORE Patch 1.0.10 Notes – June 9, 2024
Menu additions:
- Hosts can now disable and re-enable proximity voice chat in any map from the session settings menu, this can fix a lot of issues
- Added a RESET VOICE CHAT button to the voice chat menu that should re-initialize the full voice chat system in the worst case – best to use AFTER everyone is connected!
Bugfixes:
- Fix for Asylum lady getting you in the elevator which made people inside bug out
- Fixed some door spots in the Hospital map where the monster could see through it and spot you through the door
- Potential fix for randomly getting level 0 and 0$
- Potential fix for chat bubble crashing the game
- Potential fix for getting killed through doors/walls/distance (it still happened >_>)
