Pioneers of Pagonia update 1.0.1 is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Pioneers of Pagonia patch notes, the latest update 1.0.1 added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Pioneers of Pagonia patch 1.0.1 will fix a few of these issues.

Pioneers of Pagonia Patch 1.0.1 Notes – December 16, 2025
- Fixed a race condition that could lead to various crashes, especially during construction of Forager’s Hut
- Some fixes in localization
- Fixed gatherable deposits highlight when changing gather recipes and during construction preview
- Fixed crash when the mission is failed while being in road demolition mode
- Fixed missing Darian icon in some Notification messages of campaign map 4
- Fixed some dialogs being triggered multiple times in campaign map 4
- Fixed claiming of territory around some POIs on campaign map 4
- Fixed the game stuck in loading screen after loading a broken saved game
- Fixed Farm Field deposit tooltip & forester plant tooltip showing empty/invalid info
- Pathfinders recruitment is now unlocked with all mines claimed on campaign map 3
- Fixed wrong colors for some objectives tooltip/building menu on campaign map 4
- The Chisel recipe now gets unlocked together with the Jeweler when on campaign map 4
- Fixed a hole in the mast of the Venturer on the campaign map 1
- Some shaders are preloaded to reduce initial flickering on main menu map
Improvements
- Better telemetry data for some of the crash reports
- Removed empty work orders header shown in explorer and geologist
- Updated defeat all enemies victory screen
- Improved trade carrier distribution between trading posts
- Players that finished the tutorial map during early access will still start the campaign anew with map 1 per default (and not map 2). They can opt to skip it though.
- Adjusted some “infinite” trades to a fixed amount on campaign map 6
- Added some information for locked recipes on campaign map 4
