A new Plague Inc: Evolved update 1.20 released on PC. According to the official Plague Inc: Evolved patch notes, the latest update 1.20 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Plague Inc: Evolved patch 1.20 will fix a few of these issues.

- Added Greenland International scenario
- Added information window for our new game After Inc.
- Fixed issue which caused disease models to render at a lower resolution in some cases.
- Fixed an instance of missing text in The Cure DLC mode
- Fixed instance of cheat icons appearing in the wrong places in the Cure DLC mode
- Fixed issue which caused UI in multiplayer to break after playing Cure DLC mode
- Fixed issue with start bubble audio
- Fixed an issue which meant the Simian Flu Colony could go invisible
- Fixed issue which could cause negative DNA to be awarded to the player for popping the opponents’ starting country bubble
- Scrolling in menus is no longer tied to FPS
- Various updates to the main menu GUI
- Amended a Spanish translation error regarding the unlock order of the Nanovirus
- Removed an instance of debug text left in the game
