A new Quarantine Zone: The Last Check update 1.0.11.1450 released on PC. According to the official Quarantine Zone: The Last Check patch notes, the latest update addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s Quarantine Zone: The Last Check patch 1.0.11.1450 will fix a few of these issues.

Quarantine Zone: The Last Check Patch Notes – Feb. 20, 2026
- [SteamDeck] Fixed instances where the assigned button to purchase an upgrade is different than what is shown on screen
- [SteamDeck] Fixed instances of multiple instances of breathing sound effects overlapping
- Fixed a glitch where opening the settings menu during the tutorial causes the tutorial to lose focus and become inactive
- Fixed bug which caused the tablet curor to disappear after pressing the Q key
- Survivor age in documents should now be more accurately portrayed by the refugee’s face model
- [SteamDeck][WinGDK] In the control settings, the button to toggle the flashlight should now be shown in the controller mapping
- [SteamDeck] Fixed an instance that, when using a controller, symptoms would fail to become highlighted if they have already been previously selected.
- Fixed a bug that could occur when conducting analyses on multiple samples in the laboratory and only a single symptom would be conveyed to the player.
- Fixed a bug that previously allowed players to buy the cage before the tutorial, blocking them out of future progression.
- Fixed a bug which would prevent controller players from restarting the game after a day has ended without having the required amount of money
- Fixed instances where selecting UV symptoms would always in a poor inspection
- Fixed a visual glitch in which survivors could be carrying a doorframe prop in their backpacks
- The Valentine’s event duration has been extended to two weeks.
- [SteamDeck][WinGDK] Fixed a bug that would cause the game to become unresponsive if the pause menu was opened before the drone defense mini game.
