A new R.I.P. – Reincarnation Insurance Program update released on PC. According to the official R.I.P. – Reincarnation Insurance Program patch notes, the latest update 0.8.1.9 addresses some bugs and crashes.
Since the last patch, players are experiencing problems with the game. Today’s R.I.P. – Reincarnation Insurance Program patch 0.8.1.9 will fix a few of these issues.

R.I.P. – Reincarnation Insurance Program Patch Notes 0.8.1.9- Feb. 6, 2026
– Added an “Auto Sort” button—you can now sort the Warehouse with a single click
Settings
– Added an “Auto Throw Grenades” setting, with 2 auto-aim + throw modes (for controller players)
– Added an “Auto Cast Active Tactical Skills” setting, with 2 auto-aim + cast modes
– Fixed an issue where the frame rate cap didn’t take effect correctly after changing graphics quality
Characters
– Slightly increased the talent values for some characters
– Removed collision for Mech teammates, so you no longer have to worry about them blocking player movement
Equipment
– Added a feature: when picking up equipment, if the corresponding slot is empty, the picked-up equipment will be auto-equipped immediately
Monsters
– Fixed an issue where the warning area of the Concussion Zombie’s ground-slam attack didn’t match the actual area
Events
– Added a new scene event: “Survival Protocol”
Quests/Achievements
– Fixed an issue where the quest/achievement for getting all characters to level 40 couldn’t be completed
Main God Tech
– Fixed an issue where Explosives Tech – “Explosion Is Art” did not take effect on “Heavy Artillery Bombardment”
– Improved the visual effects for some techs
Stability
– Attempted to fix an abnormal error on Steam Deck when loading scenes
– Fixed known issues that caused the game to stutter or crash unexpectedly
Performance Optimization
– Significantly reduced VRAM usage through optimization, improving smoothness on some hardware configurations
