Spirit City: Lofi Sessions update is now rolling out on PC (Steam). According to the official Spirit City: Lofi Sessions patch notes, the latest update added quality of life improvements and gameplay optimizations.
Since the last patch, players are facing a number of problems with the game. Today’s Spirit City: Lofi Sessions patch will fix a few of these issues.

NEW FEATURES
- A reworked UI with new UI settings
- UI color customization
- UI style selection (gradient/flat)
- Text-size scaling for hover tooltips and readable text, such as in the Spiritdex
- Moved the UI buttons to the bottom for easier controller navigation later down the line, and moved the Spiritdex button inside the Spiritgrapher level progression bar
- Note that controller support programming has been started but is not fully functional for this update, you can expect it soon
- A music spectrum visual effect on the music player (can be adjusted in settings)
- The game is now available in Russian language
NEW CONTENT
- A new spirit to discover along with it’s own Steam achievement
- A new “playing with the Spirit” activity at the Fireplace
- Color Customization has been added to the following winter items:
- Log Cabin Walls + Ceilings
- Snowflake Wallpaper and Flooring
- Gingerbread Walls
- Snowflake and Holiday hanging lights
- Snowflake Curtains
- Customizable Fireplace options
- Holiday items have been added to the train and kitchen DLC areas.
- 8 new backgrounds for the bedroom. We added static versions of the train scenery as background options, for everyone who owns the base game.
- New Avatar items
- 3 new shoes
- 4 new tops
- 6 new outfits (dresses)
- 8 styles of ears
- 6 new head shapes
- A new Lofi Girl holiday playlist
QUALITY OF LIFE
- Added an option to have the game automatically start at the last selected activity (disabled by default, can be enabled in the general settings)
- You can now use a different sound sets for the timer
- When the “prompt before continuing” option is enabled for the timer, the ring sound will continue on loop as long as the user doesn’t press the timer again to continue. We’re hoping this makes it way easier for players to not miss the ring anymore.
- Made most delete actions (in productivity tools) a “hold” action to prevent misclicks.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed an issue where switching from one avatar preset to another would sometimes means that the custom item colors would get transferred if they weren’t set in the new preset.
- Fixed an issue with Inkster’s book not showing in the Winter Skins (DLC).
- Using “refresh folders” for custom music now refreshes the songs in-game properly.
- The Habits view will now only highlight a day of the week for the current week.
- Fixed clipping issue with dreads hairstyle when matched with a hoodie and hats.
- Fixed an issue where having too many soundscapes activated at once made the songs skips.
