A new Winnie’s Hole update 0.7.79 patch notes are released for players. Since the last major update, players have been experiencing multiple issues and bugs Hopefully, today’s Winnie’s Hole update 0.7.79 will address some of these issues and bugs.

Winnie’s Hole Patch 0.7.79 Notes- January 27, 2026
- Fixed an issue when being defeated by the Owl
- Fixed Puma’s ability removing max health instead of current health
- Fixed an issue when obtaining the perk Fasting when on 1hp
- Fixed an issue where the Perk Feedback would trigger when the player attacks themselves, potentially causing infinite loops
- Updated the recipes Crush and Stagger
- Updated the logic for speech to try and fix a softlock during speech. Please let us know if you continue to see issue.
Improvements
- Added 90 as an FPS option
- Made navigation on the game win screen clearer
Balance
- Snowy Owl has a small attack so the combat be completed with a pure Spike build
- Added extra empty tiles to some exploration levels to help avoid situations where you can get stuck with an unusable single block
