Rainbow Six Siege update 1.37 for PS4 and Xbox One is now available for download. This new minor Rainbow Six Siege 1.37 update comes with bug fixes and under the hood game improvements.
Additionally, the Smoke bug and the Vault bug is now fixed with this patch. Check out more details below.

Recently, the Operation Blood extension pack was released with a new free Theme Park map, three new Operators(Ying, Lesion, and Ela), and a host of gameplay updates.
In addition, the previous Rainbow Six Siege update 1.36 was released with over 1,300 bugs fixes, including adjustments to the smoke system and rebalancing some of the Operators. Read more about the DLC here.
